Located on the famous "Horseshoe Loop" with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this beautiful vacation home can easily accommodate up to 20 guests. Just up the river from the Whitewater Amphitheater. Whitewater is an outdoor Amphitheater, the 4th best in the World, along the scenic Guadalupe River.

• Large master bedroom downstairs with king size bed and Twin over queen bunk bed with en suite full bathroom consisting of double vanities and large walk-in shower and spacious closet.
• Street side upstairs: 4 bedrooms total, 2 Queen Bedrooms and 2 Bunk rooms (Twin over Queen bunks). 2 Full Bathrooms. 1 with large walk-in showers and the other has a tub/shower combo.
• River side upstairs features 1 King Bedroom with en suite bathroom and large walk-in shower. 1 Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and large walk-in shower. Both complete with granite vanities, luxurious linens, and spacious closets.

Parking for 6-7 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This home allows 2 dogs under 40 lbs. $25 per day per dog. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation & must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 20 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection covers up to $3000. Word permit #L1364.
