This rental includes the main house and detached guesthouse. Sleeps 10 very comfortably. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room/dining area. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo is convenient to both rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Great covered porch for relaxing and watching wildlife. Charcoal grill. Just a few steps away is the guesthouse. Studio with 2 twins and a queen bed in the loft. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This home allows 2 dogs under 40 lbs., $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
