The inground pool is the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Take in the sunsets while enjoying a beverage and listening to the waterfall feature form the hot tub. This listing includes the Modern Main House. It features a spacious master bedroom with a King Size bed and en suite private bathroom with jetted large tub and huge walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with a private half bath. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the full bath with a walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and access to the covered patio with an outdoor fireplace. The comfortable living room has a sofa sleeper, Smart TV, and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has 2 refrigerators and all the comforts of home. Just off the kitchen is a private back patio that is fenced in, with an outdoor fireplace, propane grill, and seating.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
