After a day of sun-soaked adventures, rinse off the sand and salt in the refreshing outdoor shower, allowing you to fully embrace the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on the balcony, whipping up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or lounging in the inviting living area, every moment in this condo is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

Located just steps from the beach, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. And when you're ready to explore further, restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are just a short drive away. Your coastal retreat awaits!

PARKING: ONE PARKING SPOT in front, and ONE overflow parking spot in the back.

WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment are not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.

• Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance-free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
• Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
• Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be the guest's responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY: Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties directly to add the pet fee to your booking unless you are booking through our website (you may select the number of pets at checkout).

• Pet fees are $200 + tax per pet, dogs only. This fee is non-refundable.
• Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.
