  The home features two distinct living rooms. One showcases vaulted ceilings, modern furnishings, and large windows with natural light and mountain views. The second, cozier space near the kitchen invites you to relax with a plush leather sofa set and wood-burning fireplace—ideal for chilly evenings or board game nights.

• KITCHEN & DINING:
  The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals, including a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware. The adjacent casual dining area seats four, while the formal dining room offers seating for six.
