Seven Springs 3 Bedrooms Premium Townhome, Great for families

Southwind 185 is a multi-level townhome that sleeps ten people and offers internet access, hi-definition cable, and a standard rating. The cozy living room features a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar. The dining room seats six, and the main level has a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. It also has a private bath with a walk-in shower and a separate garden spa tub. The third bedroom has three sets of bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and the third full bath. The deck has a gas grill, and there's a one-car garage and parking for one additional car. Other vehicles must use overflow parking to avoid fines. This unit is ski in/ski out with on-trail access (weather permitting). The lowest level is unfinished, and the wood-burning fireplace is available for long-term (greater than 30 days) rentals only during Nov. 1-April 1.

The Southwind community is located at the highest point of the mountain at Seven Springs and is the newest and only gated community on the mountain. It features its own chairlift/trail system, which connects directly to the slopes/trails at Seven Springs Mountain Resort (weather permitting!). The homes range in size from 3-bedrooms to expansive 5-bedrooms, where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.

All townhome rentals offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes utensils/cookware/flatware/dishes/glassware. Paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue are also included. Gas fireplace usage only. Wood-burning fireplaces are not accessible for use.

In the summer months, you can enjoy the community outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, all resort rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. There is a strict parking policy for vehicles at each home, but the community offers plenty of overflow parking nearby. Southwind offers shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
