Southwind 125 is a MULTI LEVEL townhome with a PREMIUM RATING, INTERNET ACCESS and SLEEPS NINE. Eighteen steps up from the entry foyer you'll find the SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT SCREEN TV, and a GAS FIREPLACE (all fireplace available for use Nov 15 - Apr 1). The KITCHEN has GRANITE COUNTERS with a breakfast bar, a DINING ROOM that seats eight and a POWDER ROOM. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a DOUBLE bed, a TV and a FULL BATH. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a SINGLE bed and a TV, while the third has a QUEEN bed, a TV and they share a FULL BATH. The MASTER has a KING bed, the second GAS FIREPLACE and a TV. It offers a PRIVATE BATH with a WALK-IN SHOWER and a GARDEN SPA TUB. At entry level you'll find ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE that offers a sofa, a FLAT SCREEN TV, a POOL TABLE and a FULL BATH. The DECK has a GAS GRILL and there's a TWO CAR GARAGE with parking for TWO ADDITIONAL CARS. Other vehicles MUST use OVERFLOW parking to avoid FINES. This unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT with ON TRAIL ACCESS (weather permitting).

The Southwind community is located at the highest point of the mountain at Seven Springs, and is the pinnacle of mountain living. Southwind is the newest and only gated community on the mountain, and features its own chairlift/trail system, which connects directly to the slopes/trails at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. (Weather permitting!) The homes range in size from 3-bedrooms to expansive 5-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.
All townhome rentals offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware/dishes/glassware. (Also included: paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.) Gas fireplace usage only. Woodburning fireplaces are not accessible for use.
In the summer months, you are able to enjoy the community outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, all resort rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. There is a strict parking policy for vehicles at each home, but the community offers plenty of overflow parking nearby. Southwind offers shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
