The KITCHEN has GRANITE COUNTERS with a breakfast bar, a DINING ROOM that seats six and a POWDER ROOM. Upstairs you'll find the MASTER offering a QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV and a GAS FIREPLACE. It has a PRIVATE BATH featuring a WALK-IN SHOWER and a GARDEN SPA TUB. Two more bedrooms EACH have a QUEEN bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV and they share a FULL BATH. Downstairs you'll find ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE that includes a KITCHENETTE with a microwave, refrigerator and a kitchen sink. It also offers a SECTIONAL SLEEP SOFA/DOUBLE, a MURPHY style QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV, and there's a FULL BATH. The DECK offers a GAS GRILL and there is a ONE CAR GARAGE and ONE more parking space. Additional vehicles MUST use OVERFLOW parking to avoid FINES. This unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT with ON TRAIL ACCESS (weather permitting).The Southwind community is located at the highest point of the mountain at Seven Springs, and is the pinnacle of mountain living. Southwind is the newest and only gated community on the mountain, and features its own chairlift/trail system, which connects directly to the slopes/trails at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. (Also included: paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.) Gas fireplace usage only. Woodburning fireplaces are not accessible for use.In the summer months, you are able to enjoy the community outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, all resort rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. There is a strict parking policy for vehicles at each home, but the community offers plenty of overflow parking nearby.
