The Anchor Cottage

The Anchor Cottage is a newly renovated single-family home located in Downtown Morehead City, NC. This charming cottage offers all the amenities for the perfect weekend getaway to the Crystal Coast. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart tv. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is centrally located between all 3 bedrooms for easy access. Enjoy prepping breakfast or dinner on the granite countertops. The family can enjoy a fun filled game night on the large kitchen table or take advantage of the large flat screen tv in the living room and have a movie night! This beautiful home is only minutes from the Atlantic Beach bridge where you can take advantage of several public beach accesses. You can also take advantage of the Morehead City Waterfront with tons of shops and restaurants that are less than 5 minutes from The Anchor Cottage. Book your stay at this lovely cottage!

• WHAT IS PROVIDED:

  • Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
  • Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
  • Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

• PET POLICY:

  • Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
  • Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
  • Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

• OTHER NOTES:

  • Fireplace is for decoration only
  • No smoking
