Perkins Cottage

• Welcome to Perkins Cottage, a breathtaking oceanfront retreat featuring five bedrooms and five baths, with an additional two half baths for added convenience. Positioned along the pristine coastline, this property offers sweeping views of the endless ocean horizon.

• Each of the five bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, providing a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation. While not every bedroom boasts an en-suite bath, the layout ensures ample privacy and convenience for all guests.

• The spacious living areas seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, allowing you to soak in the coastal ambiance from every corner of the cottage. Step outside onto the expansive deck and breathe in the salty sea air as you take in the panoramic vistas.

• Follow the private path down to the sandy beach, where you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the shore, sunbathe, or indulge in water activities right at your doorstep.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag. Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:

• Pets are considered (Dogs Only); however, there will be a $200+tax per pet non-refundable pet fee added to your reservation after booking. Please note the final quote before booking will NOT reflect the pet fee. That will be manually entered by the reservation team after booking. Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
