• Recently renovated, the residence boasts modern elegance. Enjoy the welcoming living room with new furnishings and gather around the dining room table with seating for ten for delightful meals from the fully-equipped kitchen.

• Outside, the refreshed exterior blends seamlessly with the coastal landscape. Bask in the sunshine on the spacious deck, soaking in the sea air.

• Whether seeking tranquility or adventure, Duneside provides the perfect backdrop for cherished memories by the sea. Rejuvenate, reconnect, and indulge in the ultimate coastal experience at our idyllic oceanfront haven.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
• Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
• Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
• Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:

• Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
• Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
• Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
