Enjoy your day watching the waves roll in or the kids playing in the pool from the ocean front decks. You can also relish watching them play at the community playground on the front decks. Sea Dreams is conveniently located near many of the best local attractions we have to offer for your stay on the Crystal Coast.

• WHAT IS PROVIDED:

  • Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
  • Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
  • Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
  • Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

• OTHER NOTES:

  • Pool opens the weekend before Memorial Day weather permitting.
  • Pool will close between September and October weather permitting.
  • Fireplace is for decoration ONLY.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking.
