WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels.
• Beach towels and equipment are not provided.
• If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
• Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen.
• Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance-free laundry pods.
• The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
• Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
• Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags.
• This is a starter kit; anything additional will be the guest's responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:

• Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
• Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify the Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
• VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify the Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s).
• Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

• Fireplace is for decoration only
• No smoking
• Water depth is 4ft at high tide and 2.7ft at low tide from the dock
• No jumping from the dock
• Swimming is safe
• Recommend water shoes for swimming
