Amenities in this townhome include flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, free wireless internet access, washer/dryer, flexible bedding, and garage parking for one vehicle, which is limited to vehicles less than 17.5 ft in length. Guests of Aspen Ridge #3 will also enjoy the sunny spa room featuring a private indoor hot tub and dry sauna.

• Aspen Ridge does not allow dogs at any of their homes. If a dog is discovered, a substantial fee as well as a carpet clean will be charged at the guest's expense.
