Just a short bike ride to picturesque downtown Rosemary Kick Back Cottage is an efficient way to stay and play near the beach. Brand new flooring has just been installed in the main living, dining & kitchen space as well! Outdoor seating on each level provides a quiet place for that first cup of morning coffee or to conclude your day on the beach.

Accommodating up to 8 people comfortably, the second floor features a master with king bed and twin with a twin trundle. On the same floor you will find the kitchen, dining, and living area. This provides ample seating for family meals or watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen. On the third floor you will find two King master bedrooms both with flat screen TVs, sharing the second full bathroom. In one of the King bedrooms, there is a private balcony providing a quaint seating area perfect for your morning coffee time. *Maximum occupancy of this home is 8 guests.
*Designated parking is assigned for 3-4 moderately sized vehicles.
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
*Guest must sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
*Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage.
