"Catch Me by the Sea" is a comfortable family vacation rental located on the Northside of 30A, in Inlet Beach, Florida. Nestled in the private neighborhood, "The Ivy", this house has been furnished specifically for large families and groups looking to stay together under one roof while having ample room to spread out.

• Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen - all that's left to do is un-pack your bathing suit on and head over to the neighborhood pool!

• While a quick 10-minute walk from the neighborhood leads you straight to the Inlet Beach Regional Access Boardwalk.

Welcome to "Catch Me By The Sea", a 2-level vacation home in the Inlet Beach community, near the intersection of 30A and Highway 98.

• The ground floor kitchen, island style bar, and living space is an open concept area, allowing everyone in the group to be together while cooking, snacking and movie-binging.
• Around the corner is the formal dining room with seating for all.
• For those that enjoy a freshly grilled dinner, there is a propane grill located in the garage - easy to wheel outside and light up!
• Each of the bedrooms is located on the second floor; the king master suite has a beautiful sitting area and spacious ensuite, down the hall is a queen bedroom as well as a bedroom with 2 full sized beds (perfect for kids or multiple families).
• An additional sleeper sofa in the downstairs living space accommodates 2 additional guests as well.
• For added convenience, there is a full-size LG washer and dryer just off the kitchen as well as a 1/2 bathroom.

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT CATCH ME BY THE SEA:

1. Maximum occupancy of this home is 10 guests.
2. Catch Me by the Sea has ample parking space for up to three vehicles, with a single-car garage and a two-car paved driveway.
3. There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
4. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
5. All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
