The Respite Lodge is a family retreat located in a quiet and relaxing yet easily accessible and central Fox Farm neighborhood. It boasts tons of furnished and cozy spaces for you to sprawl out and enjoy your time together here in the mountains. The lodge features charming mountain furnishings and décor along with the necessities from home, cooking and dining essentials, modern amenities, and a full-size pool table to keep your group entertained no matter the season. This truly is a spectacular location with endless possibilities.

Living Room:
Enter your single-level retreat in the cozy living room area where you are greeted with vaulted knotty pine ceilings and big open windows to take in the views and watch the snow falling outside. Snuggle up on the leather sofas as you warm your toes together in front of the toasty wood-burning fireplace and pop on a movie on the mounted flat-screen TV with complimentary hi-speed WIFI internet and Cable provided for your enjoyment by the owners.

Kitchen and Dining:
The open floor plan is fabulous for staying connected as you prepare your home-cooked meals and flows seamlessly into the equipped kitchen and dining areas where you will find all that your chef will need to prepare your feasts or slope-side snacks including cookware and utensils, appliances, and a dishwasher for a quick cleanup. The custom log dining table offers a great space to sit together comfortably and enjoy your meals while an added game room is attached here with additional seating, a full-size pool table, and access out to your fabulous patio and backyard area.

The garage converted game room offers your group even more endless fun with an added foosball, ping-pong, and air hockey tables plus an arcade game and darts- you will spend tons of time out here together competing on the games!

Being a single-level retreat, your group can enjoy quick and convenient access to your four sleeping quarters and both bathrooms each is made up for your group with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels when you arrive for your vacation stay. A separate laundry room area offers you a washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains no matter the season which is a huge bonus.

Outdoor Area:
Venture out to the great outdoors to truly appreciate this fantastic location tucked into the hillside full of relaxing pine trees and a great spot for snow play in the winter months. Outdoor patio furnishings pair with a propane firepit and BBQ so you can relax and unwind in the evenings as you grill up your freshly caught dinner from the lake.
