There is plenty of room for family and friends as they gather here for fun. The Great Room is wonderful with plenty of comfy seating to enjoy watching the game or movies. Upstairs has another living space with a TV and sound system for your enjoyment. Two outdoor decks upstairs allow you more outdoor views and enjoy the Private Hot Tub on the 400 Sq ft gorgeous deck overlooking the community pool!

The kitchen is gorgeous and is well supplied to meet your serving and meal preparation needs. Just bring your food and your appetite. There is a Weber natural gas grill for outdoor barbecues in the downstairs courtyard! The dining room will seat 12 with an additional 4 bar stools at the counter.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer, should you need them, and is located right off of the double car garage. There is a half bath located on the main floor for your convenience.

Relax and soak up some sun in beautiful St. George! The Garage is set up with Alexa music, a dartboard, and a Prince Tournament Indoor Ping Pong Table that folds up. Park one or two cars or use this space for recreation. The community pool also has a hot tub and splash pad. Drum up a little bit of friendly competition with a game at the pickleball courts.
