Sandlot has 2 bedrooms and a bath decorated for any and all baseball lovers. It has a 2 car garage and a pergola that covers patio dining along with a grill for those wonderful summer cookouts. There is a loft upstairs for kids of all ages to enjoy as you watch TV and hang out. The master suite will allow you to relax and rejuvenate in this roomy, beautiful paradise. The living room has a large TV and comfy furniture next to the fully stocked kitchen and a large dining room table with additional seating at the counter.

Located on the gorgeous red rock side of town, Heritage Pointe is a great new vacation rental in Santa Clara, Utah. With its close proximity to Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, and Firehouse Park Reservoir, this neighborhood has you perfectly located to explore so much of what makes Southern Utah amazing! Directly across the street, you will also find the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center which includes a diving pool, a rock climbing wall, a zero-depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide, and lots of interactive water toys for the kids!
