Skyline Vista is perfect for your next vacation to the St. George area! A lovely decorated 3 bedroom home with 2.5 baths that has all you need to stay and play and enjoy the outdoors or the indoors.

Comfort, class, and style greet you the minute you walk in. The great room has comfy furniture to relax and watch a little TV and there is also a workstation desk for those who need to work or do school. The bright kitchen has great features that include stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, under-the-counter lighting, and a huge island with granite countertops. The cupboards are loaded with all you need to prepare and serve your family favorites. The dining room table is located here in the great room and just outside the sliding glass doors is a grill for additional cooking options and two comfy loungers you can use to soak up some rays and enjoy our blue skies or the stars at night.

Upstairs you find a second living space with recliners and another TV. And you will love the deck just off the family room. It has a pergola, a table, a comfy sofa, two swivel chairs and a peek-a-boo view of the golf course. Enjoy the shaded area or if the sun is required, you have that option too! There is a full bathroom and the other two bedrooms upstairs, including a bunk room that sleeps 7!

The community has 2 sets of pools and hot tubs for you to use as well as 3 pickleball courts. There are so many trails for biking and hiking in and around Snow Canyon, you will love it! Zion National Park is just an hour away! Play around at the beautiful Ledges golf course, just minutes away, or at the many other courses, St. George hosts.
