As you enter the home, you will find a gorgeous kitchen equipped with all you need for preparing and serving home-cooked meals. The dining room table is expandable and can seat as many as 10 people comfortably. The living room has a huge sectional sofa in front of a custom-designed wall unit. There is a 65" TV and Blu-ray player as well.

The master on the main floor has a King bed with a huge master suite and double sinks. The master TV screen is 49". Upstairs, there is a loft with another sectional with a sofa bed, a big flat-screen TV, and another Blu-ray player. For hours of family fun, there is a Legends Ultimate Arcade game.

There are two other bedrooms upstairs with their own private full bathrooms as well. One of the bedrooms is roomy enough for two queen beds. The last bedroom has a King bed. Each bedroom has its own 49" TV as well. The Ledges vacation community sits just north of St. George, Utah, and is surrounded by 360 degrees of stunning views.

Enjoy the two community pools and pickleball courts, or dine at the Fish Rock Grille, overlooking the golf course. Whether you are coming to relax by the pool, hike for miles through Snow Canyon State Park, or catch a show at the famous Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, you will love your stay at The Ledges!
