The main floor has a roomy great room with two comfy sofas and a large living room 54” Smart TV. There is an awesome oversized kitchen table that can seat up to 12 people, with more seating at the bistro table. This bistro table can also be used for family friendly games.

The kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your favorite dishes and bake your favorite dessert. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove make this kitchen ideal. There is also seating for 4 at the large kitchen island.

Step outside to a fantastic patio with a hammock, patio table and umbrella, and a huge gourmet grill with a smoker! Back inside the master suite is located down the hall on the main floor. The large, downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a double sink full bathroom. A half bath is located in the hallway along with the conveniently located washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms with TV's and a gaming nook with a gaming station for hours of family fun. A large walk-out deck with plenty of seating ideal to soak up sun or enjoy the evening stars make this a perfect place to relax. Stunning views of Red Cliffs, a gas fire pit, two hammocks along with an outdoor dining table with chairs is a great gathering spot!
