This beautiful condo offers a gorgeous view and is close to the semi-private pool/jacuzzi. It is also conveniently located near renowned outdoor recreation areas such as The Gap, Stucki Springs, Bearclaw Poppy, and Zen trailheads, which are great for biking, motorcycling, razoring, rock climbing, hiking, and more.

The house has a main level with a big open great room area. The living room features comfortable furniture, a TV, and a fireplace for extra ambiance. There is a dining room table that can seat up to 6 people, with 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Outside on the patio, there is a grill for outdoor meals. The kitchen also has under counter lighting, granite countertops, and a gas cooktop stove. The first bedroom on this level has a queen-size bed, nightstand, dresser, and TV. There is a full bathroom just around the corner. At the back of the house is the master bedroom suite, which includes furniture, a TV, a large comfy chair, and an ottoman. The master bathroom has double sinks and a separate room for the shower and toilet. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a queen bed, furniture, including a sofa sleeper that can sleep up to two people, and another TV. This bedroom also has a full bathroom.
