Housekeeping Services:
For qualifying stays, traditional housekeeping is provided every third day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Services are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Towel drop service is provided on non-cleaning days.
A Note from the Owner:
We enjoy spending time out on the lanai, which has a large grassy area behind it that is great for our grandchildren to play ball on. Ulua Beach is just a short walk and it's great for paddle boarding, boogie boarding, and snorkeling. The Shops at Wailea are also just a short walk from the condo and they have a variety of stores as well as restaurants. The kitchen has granite counters and new stainless steel appliances and is well stocked if you want to cook at home. We have convenient parking directly in front of our unit and only two stairs to get inside. The condo interior is all on one level. Our unit is on one end of the complex, next to a wooded area and is very private.
