Housekeeping Services:
For stays of 14 nights or more, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

A Note from the Owner:
After renting four different Sugar Beach units on three different floors for six years, we were fortunate enough to purchase in 2013. We believe this unit is in the best building, with easy access from the covered parking and one floor up from the roof parking. We love having coffee on the lanai in the mornings while watching for turtles, manta rays, flying fish, and whales. This unit has been remodeled to be exactly what we want, and we are delighted to share our home with respectful guests.
