Seasonal Schedule:

• The gym is open every day.
• The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are currently open on weekends only through Thanksgiving.
• All indoor amenities will be open daily from Thanksgiving through Easter.

Additional Information:

• The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March.
• We are also only a 7-minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
• There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check-in and check-out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups, or events at this property.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
• Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2, and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators.
• Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement, and we appreciate your cooperation.
• The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the "taste" of well water.
• Wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational and not listed as an available amenity for guests.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
