• One suite is on the main level with sliders to both the oceanside deck, and the interior courtyard. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower, and also contains the laundry area. The upper level is reached by a spiral staircase, and provides the second bedroom, and nearby bathroom with tub and shower. On that level is also the loft above the living room with a fun foosball table, a convertible futon seat, and book shelves.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES

1. Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
2. Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6 (six).
3. Maximum number of vehicles shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway or on road shoulder.
4. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
5. NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.
6. The Sonoma County TOT certificate number for this home is 4508N.

• 17.5% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.
