Enjoy a long day swimming/paddleboarding in the lagoon, or host your own ping-pong tournament if indoors is more your thing. You will only be a short walk from The Shores Resort, and also have an oversized community hot tub just outside your front door!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Desert Color is St George's newest development off of I-15 and exit 2. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub that is now open and an incredible lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, swim, or play on the sandy beaches. Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to St. George, the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding!
