• Pet Fee
  One pet is allowed with an additional $300 payment. Please let me know at the time of booking that you will be bringing a furry friend! Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty.

• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs
  These are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

• Local Guests
  Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

• Guest Responsibility
  Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.

• Parking Information
  Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.
