Browse some of the neighborhood's renowned antique shops or grab a bite to eat at one of the new restaurants that seem to open every week. We're about a half hour to the Loop on public transit, and offer on-premises parking if you'll have a car, so we're the perfect place to use as a home base while visiting the city.

We provide all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable, including toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens, and even coffee and tea!

• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

• Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry, please provide your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you.

• Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering, or other group event are expressly prohibited, and your reservation may be canceled.

• Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances, so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.

Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed.
