3. Local Guest Policy – Local guests may book only with prior approval. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized reservations may be canceled.
4. Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
5. Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
6. City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living. Earplugs are available for your use.
