The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a brand-new kitchen with gorgeous white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need. Porcelain floors gleam throughout the house. There is an expansive living room with modern furniture, a large dining area with a table for 8, extra chairs, Wi-Fi, and TVs in every room. This gorgeous home is situated in the prime location of Ives Estates, right near Florida's largest mall - Aventura Mall, infamous restaurants, world-class casinos, Gulfstream Park, Don Soffer Exercise Trail, Turnberry Isle Country Club and Golf Course, walking distance to Worship Centers and Synagogues. The white sands and sparkling tropical ocean are just across the Intracoastal, at Sunny Isles Beach, only an 8-minute drive.

  • We will only accept 10 people (maximum occupancy) as per State regulations of vacation rentals occupancy standards.

HOUSE RULES

  • No Parties/Events allowed
  • No loud voices and no loud music outside the house, especially at the pool area after 10 PM.
  • You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
  • Parking Rules: Only 1 car permitted in the front driveway at all times, as per City Ordinance.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability but with an additional cost.

**Please note:
Video surveillance: The Property has video surveillance cameras placed at the front door area, living area, and pool area strictly for protection against insurance and theft and is not being viewed or monitored and does have recording storage capability. These cameras are not placed in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms, and should you desire to have certain cameras disabled during your stay, we can accept this upon request.

Noise Aware: The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to constantly monitor the noise level in our property. It alerts us, the host, and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than the local city ordinance. When the host/property manager gets an alert, we will kindly advise the guest to keep the noise level in the property to a minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement.
