The Western views from this property are stunningly beautiful and can be enjoyed from your living room's picture window or from your private deck.

The Pedestal House is a moderate walk to the Powderidge lift and trail system.

Distance To Slope: This home is a 300 Yard walk to the Powderidge Lift and trail system.

For your convenience there is a free shuttle for additional slope access.
