This is a dedicated full-time vacation rental, so it won't be filled with someone else's personal items. Pets are not allowed at this property, but we have other homes in the area that allow them.

All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.
