Arrival/Departure:

• Keyed entry
• Check-in: 4:00PM
• Check-out: 10:00AM
• Early check-in/late check-out fee is $25 per hour. Contact our office to see if it's available.

• Minimal cleaning supplies

• Paddle boating on the nearby lake
• Exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium
• Going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available
• Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park
• Take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day
• Enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park
• Watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats
• Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk every week in the summer
• There's activity on The Island year-round!

• Registered guests must be 25 years of age
• Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc.
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.
• NO smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs.
