Condo Layout:
This is a top floor walk-up unit with the following features:

• Living room: seating area with TV
• Laundry: Full Washer and Dryer in closet
• First Bedroom: Twin bed, Queen bed, TV
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, TV
• Hall Bathroom: Full Bath with walk-in shower
• Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, attached bath with walk-in shower

Parking:
There is parking for 2 cars with 2 parking passes. Please note that this condo complex has tandem parking, which means that the spaces are located one in front of the other. The person in the back space must move their car if the person in the front space wants to pull out. You must provide your cell phone number on your parking pass and move your vehicle if requested by another guest.

Arrival/Departure:
Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in. Check-In is at 4:00 PM and Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Items to Bring:
Please bring the following items:

• Paper towels and toilet tissue
• Trash bags
• Soaps
• Detergents
• Minimal cleaning supplies
• Beach towels/items

Things to Do:
There are plenty of things to do in the area, including:

• Paddle boating on the nearby lake
• Exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium
• Going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available
• Exploring the Carolina Beach State Park
• Taking a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day
• Enjoying a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park
• Watching the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats
• Enjoying the weekly fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk during the summer

Please note that registered guests must be 25 years of age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.

Finally, please note that smoking is not allowed inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs.
