• Open to the living and dining areas, the kitchen at this cabin is fully outfitted with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, snacks, and drinks throughout your Smoky Mountain vacation.
• When tummies rumble at the cabin, whip up something tasty on the stove or bake treats in the oven.
• Make a hot cup of Espresso. Restaurant leftovers can be reheated in the microwave, which is also great for popcorn on movie nights.
• Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and mugs are also provided.
• There's a standard drip coffeemaker for coffee drinkers.

• Accessing the cabin is a breeze, situated at the end of the last driveway on the right along a gravel road.
• You'll find level parking for two cars, ensuring convenience upon arrival.
• A Dollar General is just 1 mile away for your everyday needs.
• Enjoy the proximity to the great outdoors, with the Smoky Mountains only 5 minutes away.
• Pigeon Forge is a quick 20-minute drive, while Gatlinburg is 30 minutes from your doorstep.
• With its prime location, you'll have easy access to all the attractions and amenities downtown Pigeon Forge offers.

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2-dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• Medium-size kennel crate (1) is provided
• You must bring a second crate if the two don't stay together in the one provided for you.
• Please do NOT leave your pet at the property alone unless it is kept in the kennel provided
• The pet fee is non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s).
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or additional deep cleaning is required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
• Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Special Dates:

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:

• 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin.
• Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
