Location/ Roads/ Parking:

• This cabin is easily accessible by motorcycle or vehicle and has level parking for two cars.
• You will find Dollar General, Kroger, and Food City nearby.
• Just 5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.
• With such a great location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2-dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• You will need to bring a crate
• Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
• The pet fee is non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s)
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
• Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Special Dates:

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Check-In:

• 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin.
• Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.
