  The inviting living room of this cabin boasts a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Equipped with a TV, ceiling fan, comfortable love seat, and a recliner, this space provides the ideal setting for unwinding after a day of adventure.

• Kitchen/Living Room:
  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a convenient dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and electric stove. Pull up a chair at the dining table, which seats 4, and enjoy some delicious meals together. (Dish towels, starter dish soap and starter dishwasher pods are provided.)

• Outdoor Spaces:
  Step outside to the fantastic outdoor space of this cabin, offering a soothing hot tub, a convenient propane grill for delightful cookouts, and a cozy fire pit for making unforgettable memories. Take in the serene wooded view from the flat yard, and make the most of the outside table and chairs to enjoy the great outdoors and create moments to cherish.

• Location/Roads/Parking:
  Located in the picturesque countryside, this cabin offers a gravel driveway with level parking, providing ample space for 2 vehicles. Situated just 5 minutes from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park and a short drive from attractions like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well as the convenience of being only 5 minutes away from Dollar General, this location provides easy access to both natural beauty and modern amenities.

• Pet Policy:
  The pet fee is $100 per dog
  There is a 2 dog maximum
  We only allow dogs
  You will need to bring a crate
  Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
  The pet fee is non-refundable
  Please clean up after your pet(s).
  Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
  Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s) to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair odor left behind.

  Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

• Special Dates:
  Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

• Check-In:
  4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

• Check-Out:
  10am

  On During: October 1st - February 28th / Off During: March 1st - September 30th

• Vacay Protection:

  Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
  Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.
  Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
