• The Master offers a King bed w/ SMART TV, huge attached bathroom with soaker tub and walk in shower.

• The 2nd guest suite has a Queen bed w/ SMART TV and attached bath featuring a tub/shower combo.

• The 3rd and final guest bedroom has a Queen bed w/ SMART TV. It has a detached full bath with combo tub/shower.

• The great room has a large open kitchen with bar, eat in kitchen, large family room w/ SMART TV and natural gas fireplace.

• Out back is the entertainers paradise with MANY seating and dining options, a bar area, BBQ, natural gas fireplace to cozy up to and optional heated pool***! Relax and take in some mountain views...

  • Printer located in master closet

• ***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
