The common spaces are situated on the main floor, so the layout is perfect for families and groups of friends traveling together. Plus, we're ideally located near two CTA stops (a half hour to the Loop!) and all of the neighborhood's shops and restaurants. I provide all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and even coffee and tea!

• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

• Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

• Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.
