The common areas in my place are all open to one another, so it's easy to spend time around the people you're staying with, whether you're cooking a big meal together or planning out your day over coffee. I'm a quick walk to the blue line, so it's easy to get here from O'Hare, and just a short ride to the Loop - book today!

• General Policies:

1. Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs – We're unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night.

2. Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry.

3. Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund.

4. Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.

5. Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.

6. City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
