• The Bayou 5C is located within The Bayou community off Pine Avenue, approximately 0.1 mile from the Anna Maria City Pier.
• The community offers amenities such as two kayaks (private to the condo), private dock no. 7, and kayak launch.
• A saltwater fishing license is required for fishing off the dock if you are over 16 or under 65.
• Parking includes one allocated space assigned to the unit with extra guest parking spots.
• The Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking. Golf carts are also not accommodated.
