The main seating area features soft carpeted floors, two armchairs, a sectional sofa, and a sleek glass coffee table. Sliding glass doors lead from this sitting room out to the pool and patio, and make it a sunny place to hang out, take a nap, or read a book.

• The formal dining room is an extension of this front living room. The space has a modern dining room table with seating for eight and is perfect for eating dinner together. With abstract wall art, trendy furniture, and subtle designer details, this sitting area is as stylish as it is functional.

• The fully equipped kitchen extends off of the front sitting area and has all of the essentials you will need to cook as you do at home. Stainless steel appliances pop against the white cabinetry, and sleek granite countertops provide plenty of space to set out snacks for the family. The extended counter space doubles as a breakfast bar with high-top seating, and a second dining table sits in an alcove of windows overlooking the pool. The kitchen is complete with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, large sink, stove, and microwave.

• The kitchen flows into another living space. This one has a large flat-screen TV and is perfect for hosting movie nights. Fall into the soft sectional sofa or curl up in the plush armchair and binge-watch your favorite shows in comfort. Details like a marble coffee table, high ceilings, and abstract artwork bring this room together. Sliding glass doors lead from this living room out to the pool and patio area.

• The master bedroom has a King size bed, soft linens, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead from this bedroom right out to the patio. The master bathroom has a deep jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower with frosted glass doors.

• The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, black and white accents, and a flat-screen TV on top of a handcrafted dresser. A large window allows for plenty of natural light, and a full-length mirror is a stylish finishing touch.

• The third bedroom is located in the center of the home and features two sets of kids-size bunk beds. These small bunk beds are perfect for kids, as their smaller-than-average mattresses would not be a comfortable fit for the average adult.

The shady lanai is made for entertaining. An outdoor kitchen and bar area creates a comfortable and casual place to enjoy drinks poolside, and the outdoor living area is the perfect place to sit together after exploring the island and share your adventures. From the shady lanai, everybody has unobstructed views of the pool and the channel behind the home.

From the pool, you can watch wildlife, birds, and impressive boats sail right by. Guests who want to work on their tan can pull a sun lounger out to the pool deck and soak up the sun, while those who prefer to stay cool can enjoy the shady comfort of the lanai.

As a guest in this home, you have the entire space to yourself. You can use all the rooms and all the amenities, including the high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, beach chairs, and bathroom essentials.
