THE PROPERTY

This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms + den/office with an extra bed and 2 full bathrooms. This home welcomes you with happy decor and an open floor plan, a beautiful updated and fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. It has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace in one of its family rooms. The house provides a lot of natural light due to large windows and sliding doors that open fully. There are two large living rooms with comfy sitting, offering plenty of relaxing space for your whole family. You will love the vibrance of the master bedroom with a king bed and sliding door to the pool. The master bathroom has 2 rooms with 2 single vanities and a walk-in shower. There's a bright kids' room near the master bathroom with 2 twin bunk beds. The third room has a queen size murphy bed with a writing desk and can be used as an office or can transform into a bedroom. The second bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub and is located near the office/den and third bedroom with a queen bed. The large family and dining rooms have sliding doors that completely open to the screened pool area which has also an outdoor dining table. The pool has a removable child safety gate. • Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
• Check-out time is 10 am.
• No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

Don't need a whole month? No problem. We offer many properties where you can stay for a few nights, a week, or any number of nights. At NaplesFloridaVacationHomes there's no need to rent an entire month, with a few exceptions.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
