From the front door, the home opens up into the kitchen. This exceptional space features:

Use the gas stove to cook homemade meals at home or use the microwave to heat up leftovers from the beach cafe down the street. • The second bedroom is located right off of the living room and has a Queen size bed. This sunny bedroom is a bright mix of blues and yellows.
• Bedroom three features a modern bunk with a twin bed on the bottom and a full-on top. Built-in stairs lead right to the top bunk, making it easy and safe to get into bed. A bean bag chair in the corner is perfect for story time.

The family bathroom, right next to bedrooms two and three, has a tiled walk-in shower behind glass doors, a custom vanity, and plenty of hidden storage. A third bathroom, easily accessible from the porch, features fun beach-themed accents, a bold blue backsplash, and modern light fixtures.

A full-size laundry room, just off the main living space, features a high-end washer and dryer, along with plenty of space to fold, iron, and organize all of your clothes.

The gorgeous back porch looks out over the pool and provides plenty of seats in the shade. Stairs lead from the patio to the pool. In one corner of the pool deck, you’ll find more cushioned lounge furniture under a cabana-style umbrella and an outdoor storage bin filled with pool floats and toys. The private pool sits under a screened-in enclosure and backs up to thick greenery, so you can play in privacy. There’s also a grill out on the pool deck, so you can grill your favorites by the pool.
