This villa provides guests a quiet and secluded retreat! The optimal location on a quiet cul-de-sac street just a short drive to Sunny Isles Beach, often quoted as "Florida's Riviera". Nestled between the beaches and the Golden Glades Interchange, which is immediately accessible via I-95 just west of the property, the villa is perfectly situated to provide the easiest access to South Florida's beautiful attractions and tremendous nightlife!

This bright, sunny, centrally located 3-bedroom, 1-bath Villa will be your private, relaxing retreat in South Florida and can sleep up to 8 guests. The personal outdoor deck/terrace is set up for optimal outdoor gatherings designed with bamboo and oak features, creating a Zen-like space for relaxation.

When you enter the main living room space, there is a sleeping area with two single-day beds. Each has an additional pull-out single bed. The kitchenette and bathroom are adjacent to this area. Each of the other two bedrooms have queen-size beds and a sleeper sofa. The home features cable TV, full speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Disney.

Our kitchenette is stocked with dinnerware to serve 8 guests. We offer a complete coffee station, an air fryer, microwave, small convention oven, pots and pans, and stove top. Bedding, towels, and accessories are top quality with spa-like shampoos and soaps. The brand-new central air conditioner system will keep you cool and comfortable in the Miami heat.

There are two parking spaces - vertically - in front of the unit. If you didn't bring a car, Uber or taxi services are easily available in the area.

North Miami and Sunny Isles Beach are at your fingertips less than two miles to the east. There is a brand-new pier where you can experience fresh air and ocean breezes. The Beach Bar is an absolute stunning site to dine or enjoy the oceanfront views and super fresh air whilst sitting amidst amazing oceanfront views.

Day trip ideas:

• The home is approximately 20 minutes north of Miami Beach and 20 minutes south of Hollywood and the Hollywood beaches.
• Another 10 minutes north of Hollywood in Fort Lauderdale, you will experience the famous nightlife.
• Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach offer all sorts of boat ride options.
• An hour's drive west will take you through Naples.
