• The front living room features colorful floral furniture and overlooks the pool and patio area. This is a great spot to sneak in a cat nap before heading to the beach.
• The second living room space is complete with sunset orange walls, a beautiful beige sectional, high windows that allow plenty of sunlight, and a sleek flat-screen TV. One wall of the living room is made up of sliding glass doors that overlook the pool and patio. Slide these doors open to expand the living space and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
• The gourmet kitchen is located between these two living areas. This fully equipped kitchen features plenty of counter space to make meal prep a breeze and has modern appliances to help you cook just like you do at home. Brew your favorite coffee in the coffee maker, pop bread into the toaster, or throw some fruit into the blender for a quick and easy breakfast before heading out to the beach. Use the microwave and stove to cook a homemade meal, and the cabinets and full-size refrigerator to keep your family's groceries organized. The breakfast bar with high-top seating is a comfortable place to enjoy a quick snack before jumping in the pool.

The bedrooms are split between two levels, making it easy for everyone to spread out and have their space.

• The downstairs master bedroom overlooks the pool and features a king-size bed, sunrise-inspired color schemes, and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has its own bathroom and private access out to the pool and patio.
• Three more bedrooms are also located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a large dresser for plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has two twin beds and shares a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, beach-inspired décor, and a spacious closet.
• The upstairs master bedroom is the only bedroom upstairs. This spacious room has a queen bed covered in soft linens and plenty of plush pillows. The room is surrounded by windows and has a sliding glass door that leads out to a private balcony with panoramic views of the water and the neighborhood. Guests in this room have easy access to the full upstairs bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo.

The downstairs master suite has a spacious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and soothing tired muscles after a day at the beach. This bathroom has two vanities, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and subtle design finishes that bring it all together. The other two bathrooms in the home have tub/shower combos.

The shady lanai features an outdoor dining table and seating for six, a great place to enjoy a poolside lunch in the shade. Rocking chairs and sun loungers provide even more comfortable lounge area.

Laptop-friendly workspaces and plenty of outlets in every room mean you can work in comfort before heading out to enjoy an afternoon on the water. If you are attending a conference at the Marriott or Hilton, it is about a 5-minute drive from the home.

Beach shops, waterfront restaurants, and some of Marco Island’s most beautiful places are within walking or biking distance. When this home is part of your vacation, you’re just minutes from the beach, public parks and playgrounds, hiking trails, and places to play on the water.

Other things to note: Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina. Boats may be tied to the seawall for easy open water access. A boat lift is not available.
