The master bedroom has a King bed, the guest room a queen bed and twin, and the second guest room has a queen bed and twin.

• The 800 ft. fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, is a great place to relax ready for your arrival! Two tennis courts are also available on a first come basis.

Important Notice:

• Starting in March 2025, essential repairs will begin at this complex, including loud concrete and steel hammering. These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
