A Little Shore Thing is your beach getaway to an incredible ocean view at this 3rd floor condo. Enjoy your morning coffee and the Carolina sunrise from the oceanfront deck with access from the main living area and bedroom. This cute condo is located on the North End of Carolina Beach near the pier and Freeman Park. Perfect for a day of lounging on the beach or fishing.

  • When entering the unit you will be met with a spacious living room space. The living room space offers a queen sleeper sofa, Roku accessory for all your streaming needs and balcony slider door. Below the TV you have a tall table with seating for four. Off the living room, you are met with a recently updated (Summer of '23) kitchen. It is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and everything you need to make a meal. Between the living room and kitchen, will be a small hallway which leads to a bathroom (remodeled '23) and washer and dryer in hallway closet. On the other end of the hallway leads to the main bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed for your sleeping arrangements as well as a smart TV and balcony access. It also offers a large window to enjoy the ocean view.

  • We supply linens for the queen bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa linens upon request.

  • The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is right, you will be treated to an absolutely stunning moonrise over the ocean. You will have be able to enjoy the whole one bedroom condo to yourself with a private oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedroom!

  • There are 2 parking passes provided for the unit. There is additional overflow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled 'Courtyard at Seascape'.

  • The pool is also located across the street between the 'Courtyard at Seascape' buildings. They offer some pool loungers and tables. There is also a smaller charcoal community grill outside the pool gates for guest use. (Charcoal is not provided) Enjoy all the Seascape Complexes have to offer.

  • This oceanfront property's direct beach access is closed due to beach erosion. In front of the condo you will see limited beach space. This is due to beach erosion. Beach Access is currently Sand Fiddler Street/Periwinkle or Carolina Beach Pier on the left side when facing the pier from the street.

  • The pool is located across the street in between the Courtyard at Seascape buildings. There is also a charcoal grill outside the fenced-in pool area for guest use. (You must provide your own charcoal.)

  • There is overflow parking with valid parking passes across the street at any Courtyard at Seascape property. Parking passes and pool key are left in the condo for guest use. Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your vehicle immediately after arrival to avoid towing.

  • Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to enjoy year-round food and drinks. They do occasional Holiday themed events perfect for all ages! Enjoy Freeman Park where you can drive your vehicle onto the beach or camp out for a night! They are pet friendly year-round and only a 2-minute drive away. Public Kayak access by going on Starfish Lane crossing over Canal Drive.

  • Please read all of the following:

  • Check-In time is strictly 4 PM. We do our best to accommodate for early check-in. We offer early check-ins when fit with a small fee, as this time allows our cleaning and inspecting teams to make sure it is to our 5-star standard. If you enter the home prior to 4 PM without a scheduled early check-in, you will be charged an additional fee.

  • This home is a vacation rental. We require someone in the party staying in the rental, to be at least 25 years of age or older. You will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement under the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act to be able to secure your reservation.

  • Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Queen, King, and Full beds are authorized to sleep 2 people with twin beds sleeping 1. If your unit offers a Sleeper Sofa, the linens for the sofa are NOT included. They can be provided upon request but are an additional $30 per set and Property Manager needs a 48-hour notice prior to arrival to ensure they are placed in the home. Failure to give 48-hour notice may result in unavailability.

  • This unit is pet friendly. We do not have any breed restrictions but do require a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. The max amount of pets allowed is 2.

Cancel your reservation more than 60 days before arrival and you'll get a refund of 50%. If you cancel after that, you won't get a refund.
